This patient is a 40-year-old who had a breast augmentation using saline implants 14 years prior (at a different office). She feels that her implants are too large and that her implants push her nipples downward. She dislikes the superior fullness that the implants give her.

Rather than replacing her implants or re-positioning them, she has elected to remove them entirely. She is considering a replacement for her implants in the future.

She had her implants removed under local anesthesia. Postoperative photographs were taken two weeks following procedure.
